Charlie Blood follows a transgender brothel owner as he navigates the cutthroat vice industry of 1901 Chicago. Recipient of the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design's 2021 Big Idea Award, the above is a proof of concept for the eight-hour historical TV drama.
